Great place to stay. Very large suites and the staff are all very friendly and helpful. Roof top bar and restaurant are a bit pricey, but food was excellent and the bartender, Jason. gave an honest pour for the $$. "Most disappointing stay"
From the advertising I assumed wrongly that personal service would be given to your requests. Ours were ignored. When selecting a location to celebrate your 27 anniversary and pay the amount we did, I feel a much higher level of service and quality are to be expected. The hotel was absolutely beautiful. The staff was very attentive and remembered our names throughout the stay. Our room had a spectacular view and was surrounded by water on three sides.
