we booked a king bed on-line, when we got there we got 2 queen bed at the one in Sioux falls, SD. they couldn't fix the problembut it just seemed that they didn't really want to be bother by it. the room had dust cobwebs on the ceiling. no one vacuum behind the furniture. it seemed like they didn't move things to vacuum. the bathroom shower curtain […] had snot on it and the toilet wasn't sealed to the floor. the only good thing about the place was that it would let you have pets. it felt like they don't take pride into their place and it showed. This Hotel is okay if all you need is a place to sleep. Everything is very basic. TV's are from the 1980's with very basic cable. Showers are average at best. Breakfast is your basic rolls and coffee. A 'small' pool is all they have to offer, NO hot tub. The people that work there are very friendly and helpful.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Easy to find, not the most comfortable stay."
Requested an infant sleeper when called they said one would be available but at check in we were told that all the infant sleepers had already been checked out so my 8 month old had to sleep on the floor with some extra blankets for padding. "Noisy hotel"
Just needed a quick stop hotel, and you get what you pay for. Room would have been fine for the purpose I needed, but It was very noisy and not very restful, Needed to be up very early for a early morning flight and didn't get much sleep. "Basics"
In need of upgrades. Beds were comfortable, appreciated the fridge, but front desk man seemed irritated when I ask questions at check in. I had requested a first floor room here at HOTELS.com and when I checked in we had 2nd floor. I asked if they were full on 1st and he said no, there was room. When I mentioned that I had requested 1st for my 85yr […] Mom, he said "Well we never really read those requests". he did get us on 1st floor. Our outside lock didn't work with key card, but the inside/hall did. Breakfast area unkept. No one attending, tables with crumbs, and selection not much.
