"Disappointed"
We have stayed in Super8 motels a number of times and have never had a complaint about any of them...until now. When we got to our room the first thing we noticed was that there was no microwave (even though the room description said there would be one). We had to go to the front desk to get one. (carried it up to the room ourselves) The second thing […] was that besides the bed and credenza the only other piece of furniture in the room was one small, uncomfortable, straight-backed chair; no table. The bathroom exhaust fan made such a terrible racket we couldn't use it. The outside entrances had no key card access so had to go through the lobby every time we returned to the hotel. The bed was clean and comfortable however the blanket and bedspread were so thin they offered no warmth (we stayed in March and it was cold out). We ran the heater day and night but the room never did get real warm. The only positives were the cleanliness of the room and the affordable rates. All in all a very disappointing experience. "Creepy part of town"
Room wasn't so bad. Ask for a king bed but got two queens? Room next door was loud till 2 am, front desk called my room about then to tell me to be quiet?? Defiantly a shady part of town. Not easy to find. Room was pretty clean except someone else's soap bar was still stuck in the shower.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
This motel needs work. No microwave, HBO, or wireless internet as advertisement. Owners wife was rude. Sink leaked. Air conditioned smelled like something died inside it.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Knights Inn- Sioux Falls"
Hotel appeared to be under rennovation, the front desk employee was in "painting clothes" and very unprofessional. He was irritated that I booked online only moments (20 minutes) from checking in. Was not happy with breakfast. Only cereal was available and they didn't even have spoons!!! Will never stay there again.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
