From the moment I walked in the door the staff was very helpful. The food is a little on the high price, but your on vacation. The location is ok, close to the airport but far from the mall and downtown. The pool was very fun for my 5 and 3 year old. During the day it was nice to have the pool to ourselfelf. The families seemed to come out at night […] so it was perfect. The room was very nice, very clean. This is not a 5 star hotel but the staff made me feel like it was. The host while eating was was very helpful and nice, the bar tender was nice. The staff at the hotel was very helpful. There is a shuttle to the airport and we had to leave at 3am and they drove us. If you are going to Sioux Falls with your family I would recomend this hotel #1. But if you dont want to take the bus which has a stop about 500 feet from the hotel, or take a taxi to stuff this may not be for you. But if you spend a lot of time at your hotel this has everything. "Fun but Noisy hotel"
Our kids loved the pools, slide, BB area, and pirate area. Hot tubs not hot and no bubbles. Even on a week night the hotel was busy with the bar. Some alarm of some sort went off in the night, only I heard that, but our AC was "noisy" to the rest of the family. Kinda like a water flowing noise.
