"$8.50 shot of Baileys"
The hotel was nice, bed was awesome but hotel was not in a great area but most disappointing was paying over $9 for a cup of coffee with 1 shot of Baileys Irish Cream - we weren't in downtown Chicago!!!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"This was a disappointment"
These hotels are usually excellent. This one was difficult to find and the staff seemed more interested in talking to one another than assisting their guests with the exception of the young man who immediately changed a burnt our bulb in our room. I left a top in the closet and called to ask them to put it aside as I would pick it up. My stay included free breakfasts, both mornings I was charged for breakfasts and had to go get it removed from my bill. Today I see that a breakfast charge has been charged on my credit card, so now I need to call them to get it worked out. 3 contacts for 2 breakfasts, isnt worth the extra $10 a night.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Usually pleased"
My family always stays here when visiting family in Detroit. Disappointed that after checking in at 1:30 am my grandkids could not return to swim after church. "Courtyard Marriott Warren Mi"
We have stayed at many courtyards and this was by far the most disappointing. Service was not friendly at all. Our room was to have a crib set up and a be a suite and was not. The crib was then dropped off which was just a pack and play and the bedding was just throwen at us did not look fresh at all.
