Our families have stayed here approx. 6 times over last 3 years and appreciated the nice front desk service and our rooms have been fine for the $ except for the horrendous beds. This time we were put in a room that felt like an old storage closet. Very small, stale smoke, flourescent lighting on the ceiling and the bathroom was so dark even with only […] a flourescent light and no ac vent to move the air around. It was very damp in the room and the blankets and sheets had cigarette burns. It was a dump but I was attending a memorial for my mother and I just couldn't handle dealing with changing rooms, etc. We only stayed 2 nights. when i got to the desk it took several mins to get someone to come to the desk to help me, once he showed up he was polite and the check in went ok, upon getting to my room i found the keys would not open the door, so i went back to the desk and he told me the keys were fine it must be the door battery. he called maintenence and i stood outside my door […] for 25 mins waiting for someone to show, finally a guy showed up and opened the door. i brought my stuff in the room and the room smelled musty, he worked on the door for the next 30 mins and when he was finally done i went to take a shower, the exsaust fan in the bathroom didnt work and that is why i think the room smelled musty. during the shower the shower head flew apart . so now even the shower was not nice. oh i forgot to mention the first time i flushed the toilet it was clogged, and it stayed clogged the whole night, when i complained to the desk he just said im very sorry ill let maintenece know aqbout that. i will not be staying here again Read more

Stayed there 4 nights with a 4 year old. The play ground needed a lot of cleaning. There was dog feces on the grounds. There was mildew in the bathroom. Only two people staying and we always had to ask for enough towels. We got them but we had to go to the front desk to ask every day. The air conditioning worked wonderfully but it was very loud. Morning […] free breakfast was always fresh and clean but I sure do miss the Belgian waffle maker many motels used to have. They do not permit animals altho I did see a dog in a room. They had no smoking rooms but I did see people (and staff) smoking in them. This was my 3rd stay at this motel. The check in clerk was not very friendly - he did not offer any information about the hotel services - our room was very warn - toilet seat broken - floor and blankets burned from cigarettes - even though it was a non smoking room ?? The cleaning ladies were very friendly.

The hotel itself wasn't bad, but my girlfriend and I found bed bugs there. One was crawling over her pillow. We were not happy about that and told the staff and was put into another room. Besides the bed bugs it was nice, but that's a big issue for me.

I attempted to get early check in, but was unable to because my room wasn't ready. The desk attendant said he would call me when it was. He never did. I showed up at the hotel and watched several groups get checked in while I sat in the lobby and waited. Was a decent hotel. Did not get a king size room like we requested and the wireless internet had very poor range/service. Otherwise the hotel was pretty decent and we had a well enough stay - considering we didn't spend much time in the hotel room, it wasn't horrible. I'd rate it as a C though.

We checked in. Front desk gave us the keys Had asked for king size bed and was a room with 2 doubles. Called the desk and was told 'sorry it happens' then they said the manager would be in in the am. Not acceptable Went back to the desk and was given a king size room. Although it said no smoking - smaller like smoke and mold.

The first "non-smoking" room they gave us smelled like a smoker had just walked out after smoking a half a pack of cigarettes. They quickly and merrily changed rooms for us. The new room smells like they used a strong, spicy air freshener to cover up the heavy smoke smell. So disgusting. In the new room the heater doesn't work. BTW, the lady said all of the rooms were non-smoking and people smoke anyway (even though Expedia says there is an option). Anyway, why not designate smoking rooms so that you don't have people smoking in all of the rooms. Seems like a simple fix. If I go into the interview smelling like this, then I should've just paid the extra however much for a real non-smoking room.
