Hotel personnel were great. The room was good for the price. It was supposed to be a nonsmoking room, but the bedspread had a burn hole in it, and the toilet seat had a burn mark. These were our disappointments: l) the hotel staff was all new and were not helpful to us as far as finding restaurants, places. 2) there was a rat trap right outside our door !! 3) Could not get internet in our room, and staff was not able to help in that regard. 4) the owner(?) did appeared once but was not friendly or helpful. "Good-bye Ramada Inns"
We picked this motel after a very unsatisfactory stay at a nearby Quality Inn.This was no better. There was food from a previous guest in the refrigerator.The swimming pool was not clean. Absolutely cloudy! We specifically requested a non-smoking room and upon opening the door realized that someone had been smoking in it. Went back to the desk where […] the woman replied, "Well. "Ramada in Biloxi"
The hotel was convenient but needed a major update. The toilet wasn't comepletly bolted to the floor, bathroom tiles were loose, and the paint job was sloppy. People were hanging out in the parking lot until well after midnight and it kept us awake.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

was told you could not check in until after 2 in a very rudy manor by the manager. Then when returning to check in also got attitude from the manager. When placed in our room and opened the door Smoke hit you in the face immiditly. called to verify that a non smoking room was requested. got to the office for a key exchange and the manager acted suprised […] to hear my reaction to the room. was moved to a room that needed some help and refreshining. "CAUTION! WARNING!"
I stayed there with my family from tuesday the 29th till 1am sunday june 3rd. I left at 1am because for the second time that night the hotel staff checked someone into my room. Thats right i had paid to stay there and for some reason they checked someone in at 8 oclock saturday night and they just walked in my room. I thought maybe the desk clerk wrote […] the wrong room number on their keys. When i was awakened at 1am by another couple trying to get in my room I went to the front desk and told marion that he had checked someone in my room for the second time he told me he had no record of me being in the room. I told him i had been there since tuesday he told me there was nothing he could do about it it wasn't his fault and was not his problem. We left because my kids were scared someone else was going to enter our room. I called the manager and he told my he had to talk to the person working that night and that he had a note that i was checking out a day early so that's why they didn't know anyone was in my room that night. I never told anyone i was checking out early. he has not called me back so apparently it is okay for his staff to check people out early and book it to other people while the original guest is still there. The overall stay was good. The comfort of the hotel was not too bad. The main thing with the hotel was they need some new pillows. We had double beds and 3 pillows on each bed that was flat as a counter top. if i had known that the pillows was going to be like that i would have brought my own pillows. We also brought our pet with us on this trip and they didn't book us with a "pet room" but they went ahead gave us the room we were already booked to stay in, which i thought was very nice of them to do. Book this hotel for 4 days its not what you see on internet. Have to wait for someone in front desk to check-in because only a little girl in there that do not speak to anyone. The location is about 10 minutes from the beach but we got here on wrong time because the weather is not good its storming. "Great last minute deal"
