Comfort Inn & Suites - Surprise

It's a nice hotel with friendly staff and clean rooms. Breakfast was good but not great. We were there over Thanksgiving so they were full with guests. Unfortunately we had a room with adjoining doors and we had noisy neighbors until late at night, about 1am. They almost sounded like they were in my room at times. I complained to the staff and it was […] better the next night as they were quiet after about 11, still too late for me. Overall amenities were simple and average, but the hotel is in a safe location close to substantial shopping and restaurants. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is nearly new and thus is very adequate for the price. The breakfast is very well done and provides a good value overall.

train blows by wailing its horn more than once a night room has a window, but it opens very slightly..room gets hot unless you run the AC, even in winter, or leave the bathroom fan on constantly to draw some air in though the blocked shut window hallways hot as hell and stuffy, whole building poorly ventillated.guess you don't notice this in summer […] when its all sealed for AC room was large, but only one small dresser, not enough for 2 people at all very very old tv, strange, given the place was new staff very nice Read more
