Our furniture and bed mattresses were old, worn out and very uncomfortable. One of the showers was broken so we all had to us the master shower. We were given very limited bath linens and had to wash each day. Our bed linens were worn out and knotty. We do not plan to stay here again.

Beware of the directions they will give you. The "office" to what I thought was a condo was actually a real estate company next door to a Hooka bar. After searching in the middle of the night for the non-existant condo, I was afraid I had been ripped off, so I called the emergency number. The nice lady told me where to find my keys (they were in a lock […] box right next to several stoned men), and she directed me to a house that was three miles away from where I expected to stay based on the information from the web. The rental company demanded all payment up front, including the cleaning fee, I was told after I paid the cleaning fee they would send me the address of where I was actually staying. They demanded the cleaning fee and began to worry me with their refusal to give me clear info when it was too late for me to look for another reservation. When I finally found the house, I was welcomed by a beeping smoke detector. When I called in the morning they said they would send someone right out, and that person would also replace the filthy bedspread. They did not replace the bedspread. We also had to wash the dirty dishes before we could use them. Overall, the house was lovely and in a fine neighborhood. The owner needs fo find a new company to manage it. Read more

the place was totally different from the internet pics. They charged a one time cleaning fee to clean up after checkout, but the placed hadnt been throughly cleaned prior to our check-in. My wife and I had to vaccum behind and around the beds. And we had to rewash the towels because they were full of black lint from being washed with the wrong stuff. […] I felt we should have kept the cleaning fee since we did their job. My stay at Holiday Villas was horrible. There was roaches crawling everywhere, hair all in the shower that wasn't mine, rust spots on toliet sheets, and last but not least there was bugs crawling around on the pillows the bugs looked like maggots. We stayed in a 3 bedroom condo with a full kitchen, 2 baths, a dining and living area. We found the villa to be as advertised and a very comfortable place to stay. There were no issues during our stay. There is no maid service so you have to clean up after yourself just like you do at home. The washer & dryer came in handy as we washed clothes several […] times during our 10 day stay and didn't have to bring as many clothes. We've stayed in a number of similarly priced condo's in the last 5 years and this was one of the best. The unit we had was in very good condition, clean and no typical Florida bugs! It wasn't as close to WDW as some other places we've stayed - but was in much better condition than other places we've stayed. We'd stay again.

We had a really good holiday, the villa was lovely and perfect for a family with small children. The only problems we had were checking in, we arrived late at night and the woman who we felt with was unhelpful and rude. I had rung ahead and asked for a crib, she had no idea whether there was one in the villa and said she would be unable to help if there […] wasn't one present. The hotel was very nice for a large family with lots of kids. There were 3 bedrooms and kitchen which made it very easy to cook and sleep everyone. Pool and clubhouse were nice.

We were a group of 5 persons so 3 rooms option was ok. We rent this option for third time in 7 years but this time we noted that the hotel become oldie in the last two years. The place is convenient for long stays and housekeeping is available for an extra cost. The place is very good located, clean but internet avalible only in the lobby

There were two problems with the hotel. The water in the tub of the main bathroom would not get hot, only lukewarm. There is a pond behind the bedrooms where the frogs presented a nightly croaking serenade. I had to move to another bedroom to escape the noise. Otherwise, the rooms were fine. I really enjoyed the time we spent here. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We did have a problem when we initially arrived. The villa we were in, the ac was out. But after calling the office, they immediately relocated us to a room close by with the ac working wonderfully! The rooms were well supplied with towels and all the amenities that […] we needed. The kids had a ball at the pool after coming back from the Disney Parks. Can't wait to return without the kids! Read more

This had to be one of the worst places I have ever been to. We drove into the reception area only to find out that we had to drive yet another 1.5 miles to get to the actual villa; at which point we almost had to get another taxi. Upon arriving at the villa there was a gross smell surrounding the villa, somehwat like urine. Once inside, the villa smelled […] as it no one had been in there to clean for months. The beds were very uncomfortable; the water smelt burnt; we were promised wireless internet which wasn't there, when asked why they said its not included and you can upgrade to another villa for more $$. Our safe was broken, the garbage disposal broke down before we tried using it. You are charged for local calls so beaware. When we wanted to check out at 3AM there was no one at the reception desk. After waiting 10 mins and shouting for someone, the receptionist came out looking "angry" because she had been woken from her sleep. Great....employees sleeping on the job! I will NEVER go back! Cela fait 3 ans que je viens dans ce qui est appelé un hôtel. En fait, on dispose d'une grande maison sur 2 étages: les pièces sont assez larges, la cuisine est bien équipée, les salles de bain sont très grandes. On dispose d'une piscine assez grande, très agréable. Salle de sport petite mais contenant le minimum nécessaire pour entretenir sa forme. Toujours […] content d'y venir même si cette année, j'ai noté une baisse légère dans la qualité de la prestation: Un peu moins propre (si on cherche dans les coins visibles seulement quand on est grand) et de nombreux problèmes de connexion internet cette année. A noter que ce lieu a changé de propriétaire depuis l'année dernière. Ce logement reste toutefois un excellent choix et j'y reviendrais avec plaisir. Read more

Ce logement est une maison faisant partie d'un lot de maisons mitoyennes. Elle est constituée de 2 étages, chaque étage étant très spacieux. Au RDC, il y a la cuisine, le séjour, et une grande chambre avec un lit King Size et une grande salle de bain attenante à la chambre. Au 1er, il y a 2 chambres et 1 salle de bain séparée des 2 chambres. Une des […] chambres a un seul lit mais King Size; l'autre chambre a 2 lits. La cuisine est entièrement équipée et avec des produits de qualité. L'appartement dispose d'une planche à repasser et d'un fer Chaque chambre a sa télé. J'ai mis 4 et non 5 au confort de la chambre car le lit ne m'a pas paru suffisamment ferme. Dans les environs, il y a plein de commerces dont Walmart, Publix, des magasins pour touristes et un village "à l'ancienne" jouxtant des attractions faisant penser à une fête foraine. Read more
