My family and a couple of friends stayed in the two bedroom suite for a one night getaway to WDW. Overall the room was very comfortable and clean. There... was a little noise issue that came from another room, but it did not give any serious disruption to our sleep. The full size kitchen was a nice feature, but we were not there long enough to use it. The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful with our needs. Overview

Location.
This all-suite hotel is 1 mile from Walt Disney World® Resort and within 10 miles of SeaWorld Adventure Park, Universal Studios Orlando, and the Orange County Convention Center.

Hotel Features.
The Orlando-area Quality Suites provides complimentary shuttle service to area theme parks. A garden atrium houses a heated freeform pool, spa tub, play area, and children's pool. Guests can start the day with a complimentary buffet breakfast with hot items. A café sells gourmet coffee 24 hours a day. Cajun Quarter Restaurant & Perky's Pizza serves burgers, hot dogs, pizza, and appetizers. Room service (limited hours) is also available.

Guestrooms.
The 224 smoke-free suites feature kitchenettes with refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, coffee/tea maker, cookware, and dishes. Separate sitting areas include sofa bed. 32-inch flat-panel TVs come with cable service, ESPN, and HBO. Beds have cotton linens. Wireless Internet access and local calls are free.

This is my first time staying at this hotel. One of the front desk clerks was RUDE. He was rude to a customer on the phone and he was rude when I asked him a specific question.

Overall, a pretty good hotel for the price. Our room wasn't the cleanest when we checked in and having a good supply of towels was sometimes an issue. Other than that though I can't really complain. The beds are comfortable, there's lots of space (we had 2 double rooms, 2 baths) and it's relatively close to the parks (about 20-25 min by shuttle). Shuttle […] service is good but sometimes isn't the greatest schedule, look into public transit for only $2 and it takes you to the park in about the same time but with times that could work better for you. Continental breakfast was usually good but not exactly as advertised. There is always enough options but don't expect bacon everyday and there is usually only one fruit to choose from. Not deal breakers but just something to keep in mind. Eat at Logan's Roadhouse across the street, great restaurant and really good prices!! Read more

El hotel está bien ubicado. Le falta un poco de mantenimiento, pero es suficiente para descansar luego de un día de shopping o de parques. El desayuno es bueno, y la suite tiene lo necesario si quieres preparar algo de comida para llevar.
