On our arrival we were greeted by security at the gate. He was polite and helpful as all the hotel staff were. the staff in the main office were quick and efficient and we had our room key in no time. The room was very clean and comfortable. It was about the size of a small apartment and very well appointed. The master bathroom was huge! hte bed was […] comfortable and the complex very quiet at night. We didn't use the pools but we had a look and they were very clean and in pleasant surroundings. if it had been earlier in the year we would have used the pool. Getting to all the disney parks was easy and only a short distance. guest services wer knowledgable and very friendly giving us some useful tips for the parks.
