BREADFAST WAS VERY CHEAP . THE HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE WAS VERY BAD .THEY ONLY DID THE BEDS AND NEVER CHANGE THE BED SHEETS.ROOM WAS VERY DIRTY :-(. THE PHONE HAD THIS TICKING NOISE I TALK THE FRONT DESK ABOUT IT.THEY DIDNT EVEN VISIT THE ROOM ,NOT GOOD SERVICE.LOCATION GREAT.

The pictures on the internet did not reflect the actual hotel in it's self. The bathroom smelled of mold and you could see mold in the bathroom. There maid service lack a lot to be desired. The beds were hard and uncomfortable. We even heard the police come to a room upstairs from us and pound on the door. From the online pictures the rooms look really nice, clean, and spacious. It couldn't be farther from the truth.It was a dump! The lobby looks great, and the rest is a dump. The rooms were small and dirty. I would never recommend the Baymont Celebration to anyone!.

We had pre-paid for a "kid's suite" which included bunk beds, a twin bed and a double bed - just right for a family of 5. When we arrived we were told that even though we had pre-paid, the only thing that was available was a room with one king bed. It was late (after midnight) and the night manager told me that my alternative was to call hotel.com and […] "let them fix it". So, the kids all got to sleep on the floor. The only ice machine was in the hotel kitchen, which the night manager told me to use. So, at one a.m. I went burrowing through the hotel's kitchen (all by myself) looking for the ice machine. Breakfast closed down at 9 a.m. (30 minutes early) the next morning - I know it closed early because I saw a big sign in the kitchen while looking for the ice machine that said,"PLEASE DON'T SHUT DOWN BREAKFAST UNTIL 9:30". The room was so noisy that I could barely sleep... I could hear road noise outside of the room all day/night (Even though I was on the 5th floor). The cleaning ladies would bang on my door every single morning between 9:30am-10:00am. This may not be a problem for some people, but when I am on vacation I enjoy sleeping in. Quick one night stay was awful. One of our rooms had pubic hair all over bathroom. Our second room had soiled sheets. We called for replacement sheets & never got them. Towels were very thin & felt like sand paper on your skin. Complained to staff at check out & asked to speak to a manager. I had reserved this hotel for 2 separate nights. We were stuck for the first night since we had limited time to find another place to stay plus it was prepaid. The staff was incredibly rude! You could not get your parking pass until you listened to their high pressure sales pitch to attend a timeshare meeting! Even after we told them we were not intereested, […] it was still pushed and our parking pass was held for ransom. The room smelled of mold (which was all over the bathroom) and the air condition was not working well and had to wait for the repair person to tell us "that's as good as it gets". We found the top to a deoderant container under the sheets in one of the beds. The next day we had to make another reservation elsewhere and lost the money that we prepaid to this hotel. The hotel seemed really nice from the pictures. When you check in its got a nice lobby. I was a little worried because there is an abandonded hotel right next door that looks horrible. The check in process was easy but the room they gave us was not the room we paid for. They told us that they gave away our room. When I told them we were going to stay […] somewhere else they gave us the Kiddy Suite. We get to our room and the only thing that looked nice was the TV. The room stank, the walls had nasty stains on them and the bunk bed ladder was leaned up against the wall. There were no mattress pads on any of the beds which is gross. (They just had a bottom sheet and a top sheet). There were no wash clothes in the room and not enough towels. We went downstairs to get more and they said they would send somebody up. The guy gets there with the towels and stands there with his hands out waiting for a tip and tries to small talk when we were trying to close the door. (Mind you we got into the hotel at 3am). There were alot of people standing in the parking lots at night which made us double lock our car doors. The outside was dirty and not well kept. On our last day we decided to sleep in because check out wasnt until 11 am. Breakfast did not have any fruit or anything healthy. They had waffles, cereal and tons of pastries. None of the toasters worked at all so we eneded up going to Denny's. At around 7am someone is pounding on the door. It was the maid asking us what time we are checking out. We told her at 11. (Totally RUDE!!) . If you dont want to pay much to stay near Disney world, dont mind the horrid smell, or cleanlness of the rooms or outside, please stay at the Baymont. Pay a little bit more to stay at a nicer hotel. Read more

We reserved 7 nights at this hotel. The first room we were sent to didn't have ANY towels. i called the front desk and was told they had towels only (no washcloths) but I'd have to come get them because no one was available to bring them. Then our TV wouldn't work. My husband went down and got the towels and told them about the TV so they gave us a […] new room. The key didn't work. So we were given another room and that key didn't work. The 4th room's key did work but it was a single-bed room (we needed 2 beds). The 5th room finally did work and had 2 beds but was also missing towels so we went back downstairs for those again! The bath door handle was sticky and I had to clean it with baby wipes. we were too tired to try any more rooms. The next morning we discovered the fridge didn't work properly. Fridge wouldn't get cold at all and freezer only got cold enough to be a fridge. They had the maintenance man come twice during our stay to "fix" it and it still never worked. The laundromat only has 3 washers and 2 of them were out of order so you had to watch like a hawk for it to be free to use it. The detergent vending machine also out of order. The front desk was out of quarters for the machines the entire time we were there. On our 2nd day I went down for washcloths since they were unavailable the night before and was told they were out. Nice lobby. Dirty, rundown hotel overlooks a boarded up motel on one side and the back side of restaurants on the other. Elevators are out side the lobby and have no air conditioning. What used to be flower planters out side rooms were filled with cigarette buts and weeds. Bathtub was old with dirty bath mat. Free breakfast was awful. Being that this hotel is part of the Wyndham Group I expected much better. The bathroom was disgusting. Mold on the ceiling and caulking all around the tub area was in definite need of repair. Air conditioner did not work wee neither.

Lobby is beautiful. When you check-in - you may think you have found a nice place & at a good price. You haven't! Place is a dump once you get past the lobby. Dirty, smelly, garbage falling out of all of the garbage cans, old planters used for ashtrays - one per walkway - heaping over! Place needs to be pressure washed badly! I AWOKE IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT BECAUSE SOMEBODY OPENED MY ROOM DOOR WHILE I WAS SLEEPING. I went downstairs the next day and complained and all I got was an explanation that the man who checked me in did not put me into the system and a very insincere apology. The woman who I complained to was not at all phased to hear this. I saw the same man who […] had checked me in on staff the next day - he was in a fantastic mood, too. To stay here is to support a hospitality business who, in my case, did not express any concern for my safety or privacy when both were violated in the middle of the night. I would never stay here again and I hope that nobody else does. The people working at this hotel have no regard for basic expectations that come with booking a hotel. That being said, if you choose to stay anyway, make sure you show up at the front desk and ask for more towels. They are very stingy on them. Though the hotel interior is mostly good looking, expect a hideous exterior. The beds are a little firm but not bad. You will walk into a room with the A/C turned off despite Florida heat/humidity and the refrigerator will be by default not cool at all (though you can adjust it). The waffles for breakfast are Eggo and breakfast ends at 9PM sharp. The hotel is in a GREAT location for Disney-goers. Aside from stains and marks on the walls in my room it was in a good condition. However, once again, I do not believe that this justifies the horrendous way that I was treated at the hotel. I will be calling a customer service headquarters to report the incident - something I very rarely do - that I witnessed during my stay. KEEP AWAY. Read more

Hotel staff were very nice and professional but it wasn't enough to make the stay a good one. Room was very small, and had a weird smell. We had to buy air freshners and fabreeze to make it tolerable. We had to constantly ask for towels. It felt more like a cheap motel than a suite. Had to keep window shades closed or any one who passed by could look […] in. They first gave us (2 people) a room with one full bed in the first floor, had to ask to be put in higher floor and for a bigger bed. Breakfast wasn't all that great. The worst part was when we bought tickets to Universal at the their parking permit booth. The person failed to tell us that buying the tickets meant we had to sit in for a 3 hour (they say 90 minute) sells pitch by Orange Lake Resort timeshares. It was awful. The only good thing was its location, close to attractions and food. Next trip to florida we will not be staying here. Read more

Péssimo! Cheguei de madrugada, o quarto estava imundo, e sem arrumar depois que o antigo hóspede se foi. Ao questionar na recepção fui informado que só havia aquele quarto (segundo ele estava com mais de 30 reservas pagas sem quartos para oferecer, segundo ele dei "sorte") e que não tinha camareira (quase me deu uma vassoura pra limpar o quarto). Depois […] de muita briga arrumou uma camareira pra limpar, que fez uma limpeza meia boca (só no quarto... o banheiro eles não limparam) e trocou a cama (só os lencóis, a manta ficou a mesma). Os corredores, elevadores são uma imundíce, encontrei de tudo, gente bêbada (ou sob efeito de tóxico) andando no hotel, gente fumando nos elevadores e corredores etc... Al cambiarnos de habitacion, nos dieron dos habitaciones ocupadas, lo que demuestra falta de control del counter sobre las reservaciones y disponibilidad. No hay seguridad pues pueden abrirle la puerta en cualquier momento.
