Great Location & Friendly Staff. Logan's restaurant across the street is great w/ good prices especially on beer. Staff always courteous and room was fine. hotel a little run down in places but for the price you can't complain. Pool & Jacuzzi were clean and pool bar open with good food items. We always stay there when we visit Orlando and the city bus […] stops in front so you can go to Disney World that way in case the shuttle times don't work for you. The hotel does a great job trying to make your stay comfortable and we recommend if your just looking for a reasonable rate w/ clean rooms, good location, restaurant on site & a great pool to refresh after a long day at the park. This is a seriously deteriorated and aged property that is claiming to be a whole lot more than it is. Paying $5 plus tax extra to use a pool is mandatory even if you are not planning to use it at all. I found it rather nasty and the beds were uneven and wore out so the sleep part even sucked.

I enjoy staying at Seralago. They offer great rates, except for their new surcharge that shows up on your account separately. I booked the room on-line and paid with a credit card, then had a separate charge from the hotel for some reason. Plus the pillows need to be replaced. Very old and tiny.

The staff is fantastic. The room was comfy. Very old place comparable to an old Howard Johnson type room. Great though because it was a very low cost and we are never in the room so really didn't matter.

we came down for a mini-vacation . Have stayed at Seralgo many times, with practically no issues , has always been a great place to stay - close to everything and clean and comfortable. This time was not so great - we got there , checked in , ordered food to take back to the room , they have a pizza wing combo that we always get when we stay , went […] to room with food, bed was new fluffy and comfortable ,room was clean everything was going great, but it was raining - noticed a leak in ceiling dripping on bed , called front desk - was moved to another room - this room was older , bed was flat and uncomfortable , but was the only other King bed room they had ,so we dealt with it, by now the food was cold- I called and manager was kind enough to replace , but the food this time did not impress as usual - pizza crust seemed like it was previously frozen, was very blah, wings are usually big , these were dinky little wings, so overall the whole experience would be rated at 50% - Read more

at firts they put us in a room all the way in the rear facing the parking lot. we had to pay an upgrade fee to get a room on the 2nd floor facing the pool and they also added n a resort fee. This was NO resort!!

Our family regularly makes the 3 hour trip up to the Orlando area to visit Mickey. We have stayed in at least a dozen different hotels, mostly within 2 or 3 miles of Old Town. Seralago is right next to Old Town, and we have been wanting to check them out for some time. Without exception I can say that Seralago is the least clean, worst maintained and […] least comfortable hotel in this area and in this price range. The lobby and food area are the only part of the hotel that look like they have been maintained. Our room was dated, the beds uncomfortable, linens warn and shoddy. The bathroom was probably clean, but it was in such poor condition that it seemed dirty. You can stay at a much nicer place and save $10 per night at at least 10 places within a mile or 2 of this hotel. Read more

I have no issues with this property except the comfort of the bed, it's adequate at best. May be ok for smaller persons, i'm 6'4" 250lbs, but overall a good nites sleep

Motel was nice and seemingly well kept. I do agree with a previous reviewer that property seemed somewhat outdated. Only negative was both beds were what seemed like box springs only! Very hard, no padding, and could feel every spring in bed top...

Nothing fancy here, but good location and room is always clean. Plenty of free parking and close to lots of great restaurants. Pool area is very nice and well kept. We have stayed here many times and keep coming back.

The pictures online look fantastic; however, the reality was much different. The beds are aweful--the springs were popping out. There was a musty odor in the room that I just couldn't stomach! Ended up not spending the night and driving 2 hours to Tampa even though I had to pick up family at Orlando airport at 11:30pm.

The mattress was real uncomfortable, we could feel the springs poking our backs. We had horrible night sleep. I recommend you change this mattresses. This was our first time in your hotel and most likely the last.

Great family friendly budget hotel. Two pools, two hot tubs, two courtyards with tropical landscaping. Rooms are a little dated but clean. With refrig, microwave and iron board. Plenty of eating places a short walk away. Old Town easy walk. Oh and Free Disney shuttle. Have been there many times and will in the future.

It is a very nice hotel and the staff is very helpful. Now their beds. The matteress is an old spring one and they have been changed since spring mattresses first came out. The location was conveniently located to The Magic Kingdom. Plenty of chain restaurants around the hotel. Arcade, pool, and the jungle gym were nice for the kids. We had two rooms. For the time and price of this hotel it was pretty good. We stayed 4 day and 3 nights. It was close to Disney and family,the breakfast was pretty good and my 2 sons loved the game roomand pool. So all in all I would stayagain.

This is a typical low budget motel so did not expect much. Like many Orlando motels ... rooms open to outdoor corridors. The room furnishings were fine, but the carpeting gave a us a nasty dirty feeling. In humid Florida, ceramic tile floors are much easier to keep clean. I wasn't sure how the hotel would be based off the mixed opinions of reviews. I can see why the negative reviews were written but confused on the positive ones. My family stayed 1 night out of 4 and immediately yhe next day changed hotels. I guess you get what you pay for. The room was dirty, the sheets were not clean, there wasn't even a fitted sheet […] on the bed. The bed was unconfortable, the window drapes did not close, the air conditioner rattled all night, the bathroom was dirty, the toliet did not flush unless held down. Family trip to a theme park. This hotel had promise. Close to the action, seemingly nice amenities. The fridge and microwave were a nice touch. Sadly, The wi-fi varied from weak to no signal. The bottom sheet was not a match to the bed, it was too small and not fitted. Bare mattress is not a plus. Complaints to the overworked or understaffed front desk […] didn't bear fruit. The room itself was tired, the privacy curtain had the lower foot cut off rendering it useless. This hotel is not worthy of 3.5 stars. The room was below and economy type hotel, it was dirty and I found a roach in the bathroom. There was mold under the bathmat in the tub. The beds were not comfortable and I woke up itching.

Even though I had paid for 2 nights we did not stay the second night because the bed was so bad. Definitely not a 3 star hotel. Felt like I was sleeping on box springs instead of mattress. Will never stay there again.

Hotel is an old property that needs badly to be updated. Very conveniently located to Disney parks and surrounding restaurants, grocery stores etc. Good choice for families/ people on budgets etc.
