Thought the fact they did not have a comp/printer to use was really inconv. The desk person wouldn't print my boarding pass for me either. Staff really loud at all hours.....their beeping walkie-talkie conversations woke me up at 2 am. E-mailed management about how they should really address these issues.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
