    NYLO is always fun and is ever trendy. The breakfast buffet was average at best. I've had breakfasts of similar quality for free at other hotels. The... bartender during the day Saturday was a bit inexperienced and was unfamiliar with our rather simple drink requests. The bartender at the pool bar was a little unprofessional and there were no towels available at the pool even after we requested them and were promised they would be available soon. Overall I still love the hotel and the location just think the food and beverage side needs some adjustment. Good price for the stay though! by ann  from NM on 05/30/13

    Had a nice stay at this unique hotel. I wanted to try something different for an in-town getaway and it was a fun experience. Could hear a lot of talking from the room next door. I guess due to the type of construction in the loft-type building. Overall, it was fun and I would do it again for a change of pace.

    Our hotel room was dirty with 2 large stains on the carpet. Lobby furniture had stains. The housekeeping staff cleaned it and tried to make everything okay. However, you can never erase a lst impression. I will not stay there again.

    I have returned to this hotel multiple times over the past 2 years for business as well as for pleasure. The beds are very comfy! The service beyond check in, however, keeps getting worse. Need a towel at the pool? Go to the front desk. Want room service? Let it ring...and ring...and ring..until the urge passes.     The hotel is in a great spot and easy access to many activities. The one complaint was the seating in the room, the couch was more uncomfortable than a rock.

    The NYLO is funky and cool with minimalist furnishings, and funky art deco decor. The pool area is simply amazing, with wonderful bar and food service, and wonderful seating areas. The beds are very comfortable, the shower simply divine and the key card operated lights help you to feel like you are being environmentally conscious!
