"Disappointed with shuttle service"
Expedia reflected this hotel as having complimentary 24 hour shuttle service to/from DFW. The hours of service are actually limited and we ended up shelling out an additional $30 for cab fare to the airport for early departure. The hotel did offer shuttle service to / from restaurants until 11pm. We took advantage of that for dinner however waited more […] than an hour for pickup @ restaurant to return to the hotel.
