Everything was awesome. Our kids loved that they got to swim whenever they wanted in the indoor pool, we enjoy breakfast because there was plenty to choose from. For a 3 1/2 star hotel it was overall awesome... the staff was super friendly and willing to help no matter what time (4 am in the morning). They tended to our needs and fixed little issues right way when it was needed. Bed was a little hard, but everything else was GREAT! Me, my wife and our three little children (4 y 3 y and 7 m), stayed here for 2 nights. We supposed to stay only for one night, but our flight to Amsterdam was cancelled. They were really supportive and very kind to us. "How to turn a frown upside down"
I have stayed at this hotel a few times throughout the year, so I was a little surprised to have ran into the problems that I did within a 24hr period.
