"3 1/2 star hotel overall AWESOME for family of 4"
For a 3 1/2 star hotel it was overall awesome... the staff was super friendly and willing to help no matter what time (4 am in the morning). They tended to our needs and fixed little issues right way when it was needed. Bed was a little hard, but everything else was GREAT! Great staff! Everyone I was in contact with at the hotel was wonderful! I would just say if you plan on trying to go places from this location, have a GPS with you. This was an excellent mid-price hotel. It stands alone at the edge of an office area and is about a mile from amenities (grocery, restaurants, etc.) If you have a car, it is no problem. And if you jog, it's ideal! We held a workshop and the staff was extremely helpful.Genuine Expedia guest review

"How to turn a frown upside down"
I have stayed at this hotel a few times throughout the year, so I was a little surprised to have ran into the problems that I did within a 24hr period. However, I am not going to discuss the multiple minor issues that took place, but i will say that the staff on that evening and the morning shift that weekend promptly fixed the problem.
