"Really Basic"
Really basic room. TV was old and didn't work well, no exercise facilities and the van didn't run all the time, it was a shared van with a bunch of other hotels so it took almost 40 minutes to get to my terminal 2 miles away. Honestly, did not have high hopes abt the hotel from the outside specially when it stands very close to Sheraton, Westin, Double Tree etc. It might look shabby from the outside. "No phoe in room, supposed to have airport shuttle"
I am not very happy with this place - the price was comprable to others near but they were supposed to have a shuttle from and to the airport/hotel - I called from the airport and they told me it would be 10 minutes ...... I waited for 30 minutes in 99 degree/ 99 percent humidity then called and was told that I was in the wrong spot, ( I went right […] where she told me to go- she just forgot to tell me to go down the escalators) - so I went to the right spot and was told that the driver was at the airport and would be right there.... another 30 minutes and I lost it and just took a shuttle to a nearby hotel and walked the rest of the way - the room had hard beds paper thin sheets and towels and no phone - I went up to the front desk and asked if I I could have a phone for a wakeup call and the girl looked at me like I was stupid, she told me that all of the rooms had phones and that she would be "right down " to check it out - I waited for 45 minutes and she never came - there were 3 girls there so they had coverage to check it out and just never did.
