"Not bad"
The hotel was very clean, nice breakfast each morning and very close to everything we wanted. The negatives though...construction made it almost impossible to find on our GPS, unable to make room service/delivery order on phone, was made to go down to the check-in desk, this was VERY inconvenient. I recently flew into Dallas for a job interview and needed one overnight stay. For comfort and service this hotel was just fine. If it hadn't been for the splatter of ???? on the picture frame glass and wall I would have given it aces on cleanliness too. Whatever that was just had me really skeptical and looking at everything with much more scrutiny. The room was very clean and modern. The bathroom was the only part of the room that bothered me. It was clean but the shower had no hot water. It was Luke warm at best. The sink head was like a loose tooth that dangled out of the counter. "Great shuttle and parking for airport."
It is a great location to be near the airport. They let you park your car for $5/day while you are gone. They provide a shuttle to take and pick you up from the airport. Worked well for four of us, however, I would not feel comfortable to stay there as a single woman.Genuine Expedia guest review

Great room for the price. However, they said they had water damage from a leaking pipe and I would need to go to a neighbor hotel. The room at the neighbor hotel (Motel 6) was small and dingy, and I returned to the Super 8 and insisted on a room. I called the desk clerk and said I wanted to go on the 4:50 AM shuttle. I got there before that time but it had already left. Overall the hotel was ok. My wife forgot her toothbrush on this trip and there was a little sign on the bathroom counter that said the hotel offered complimentary toiletries. "Good value and location to Sheraton Events"

"Dripping water from bath tub not being fix."
