They took my (nicely hung up) towels and washed them, when their card clearly says "hang them up if you want to use them again and save on laundry..." "Delayed over night at DFW"
I needed a room quick for a DFW overnight delay. The hotel was busy at check-in and the customer service was lacking. The hotel reception did not even look at me or say hello...just asked for id and credit card. The benefit of the hotel is there is a restaurant in the parking lot and you can order food in the hotel too. I would go back for business […] travel, not for leisure travel. I've stayed at this hotel before with much satisfaction. This stay was NOT such a time. The toilet was broken in the first room. The staff changed us to a different room, which was infested with bed bugs. The staff responded proportionately; however, the third room (2nd night) also had problems with bed bugs. I stayed in Hyatt hotel from 12/19 through 12/22 on a business trip. This was my first visit in this hotel and I was very pleased. Hyatt Places are nice, modern hotels that are remarkably consistent. The rooms are virtually identical from Texas to Virginia. For someone that ends up in a lot of hotels, it's nice to have a reasonably priced hotel that's clean, modern, and consistent. Beautiful Hotel, Bed very comfortable , room clean To bad got no sleep. Group of teenagers on floor slamming doors running up and down halls, knocking on our door. Had to call front desk twice noise finally stopped a little before midnight. I had to get up at 3:30 for a flight out of DFW at 5:45.
