My flight at DFW was cancelled (never fly American Airlines....) and I was able to book a last minute room through Hotels. com. The desk service was... very nice and the shuttle driver was very accommodating and offered to drive those of us who had been stranded (again, never fly American Airlines...) to a gas station to pick up any supplies. The room was very comfortable and clean. Tthe desk clerk provided me with several take-out menus that delivered directly to the room and also offered shuttle service to the surrounding restaurants. I was able to sample the hot breakfast as my flight was scheduled before dawn (did I mention I hate American Airlines...???) Overall - it was a great respite to an otherwise bad experience... by a Hotels.com guest on 05/25/13
