My room was clean however my sisters room had issues in this area. There is a breakfast which can be purchaced at two different prices. Buffet for 12.95... and continental for 7.95. Way to high on both accounts, both are self serve other than someone to get you coffee. Since, I am an early riser I enjoy coffee. The first morning the coffee pot in my room had to be replaced, which upon request was, but not until later. I asked about coffee at the desk and was told there is complimentary coffee in the restrant area around the corner. None availiable so I looked for the server, could not find the first day, second day she told me it was up to the night staff at the desk to keep the coffee availible. Asked the front desk and they said they don't do that. It is just coffee, how tough is it? Three different people told me 3 different things about coffee The staff also needs to learn to clean up in the lobby area and hall ways. By 11:00 am dishes in the hall and all over the lobby was not attractive. What do you think the first impression is? I had a balcony room with a fantastic view but no chair to sit in and enjoy. When a peason pays extra for a view and balcony they should not have to pull out the desk chair ar worst yet a recliner chair.
