"Good little stay"

"Tricky to get to but worth it."
Hotel and staff were great. Hotel was clean. Staff were very professional. Hotel is tricky to get to. There are two ways to get to it. The front entrance is accessed off of the on ramp. It was a very nice hotel; however, when i called to make sure that we could leave our car there, they said yes, no problem. "close to eating and shopping"
We picked this particular hotel for its location; close to our appointment the next day and close to shopping, eating, and visiting with friends/family. Nice comfortable room, good hot breakfast, prompt airport shuttle, very reasonable rates. What's not to like? Only drawback is that rooms are not cooled until you turn on the AC. "Within minutes to everything in Grapevine!"
We were pleasantly surprised with this hotel. We got the king suite and had enough room to sleep 2 adults and 2 small kids comfortably without disturbing each other. We even had room to set up my daughters pack n play and put her to sleep in one half of the room while the rest of us stayed awake and watched tv. I might add she sleeps very lightly. The […] pullout sofa was perfect for my son and would easily sleep 2 younger kids at the same time, but it would be cramped for 2'adults. It wasn't the most comfortable, but what sofa bed is? The king was reasonably comfortable and we were given plenty of pillows. We had more than enough towels for everyone. Also pleasantly surprised by the coffee pot, microwave and mini fridge in room. This place has the best complimentary breakfast I've ever had: sausage, eggs, fruit and waffles plus the usual toast, donuts, muffins, and cereal. My only complaint is they didn't have any high chairs. The staff was extremely friendly and efficient. This was a very quiet hotel and we did not hear the other guests at any point during our stay. Beyond that it is only about 2 minutes from Grapevine Mills without having to pay the high rates for the neighboring hotels. This will now be my first choice hotel in the Dallas area. I could have paid near double what I did and still been pleased with my stay. Give this hotel a chance. Because we got it at such a great rate, we really didn't expect such service and quality. A free shuttle collected us from DFW Airport and delivered us to the hotel.
