"lobby quality doesn't match the rooms...disappoint"
The hotel looks at the highway but is a very round about why of getting to it, so it's easy to get lost. It is an industrial park type area, not a tourist area. The lobby was updated and very modern so I was initially excited. But when I got to my room, it had outdated fixtures, bathroom, and lighting. It was a disappointment. "Ok place to stay..."
Im not going to say it was the best place to stay....But it was a clean bed to sleep in. We got to the hotel, and they had the water turned off in the entire place, so we had to cancel dinner plans. No one called to let us know what was going on. Have to go to the front desk for EVERYTHING...except ice. When we booked the room the online description said microwave and refrigerator in room. Nope. Found out at check out that these items are only provided upon request.
