"Horrible shuttle reliability"
After a 50 minute wait for airport pickup driver came by and said he could only take two people so let elderly couple go a head, continued waiting another 15 minutes shuttle finally showed. Proceeded to drive around airport stopping at other terminals for another 20 minutes. Finally got checked in to room 2 hrs later.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

Check in was the first sign in early afternoon no one at desk, waited 15 minutes to see some one return. Visit was for one week and adding a second. gave the Hotel the benefit of doubt when arrived to room and found dirty towels, followed by dirty towels given at desk. By experience and extra safety I tied twist ties to zippers of luggage. To return […] and find they had been gone through, as well room not clean. Top of days later found sheets where not clean, as well a drunk trying to break into my room. Staff at times where kind some where extremely rude, including the manager who found it OK to awake me at 7:00am with repetitive knocks and even tried to enter my room while I was a sleep with out warning of his attempt to enter. "Nice Days Inn"
I was stuck in Dallas on a 24 hour layover due to a weather cancellation. Looking for something close to the airport I found the Days Inn. I've stayed in a lot of 2 stars, including Days Inns and this one was by far one of the nicest. "I will never be staying here again"
This hotel was NASTY! Very old and dated looking rooms. Refrigerator in my room did not work, and while I was taking a shower the water was alternating between hot and cold about every 5 minutes. "Safe place to stay"
Overall I think it was worth the money. There were a few inconveniences. One of which is the wifi service. I stayed in a second floor queen room and had perfect wifi connection. Then I stayed in a bottle floor suite and could barely get my devices to stay connected. I couldn't get a connection long enough to do what I needed. "I would get back"
It was actually pretty good. In fact I was expecting less than what I got. Pretty happy for what I got. Funnny thing is that I moved to Intercontinental Hotel (for a conference), and I see no big differences in the services (of course the infraestructure aren't comparables). while the price is about 3 times.
