Rates were great. Staff was courteous, helpful, and friendly. Rooms were well taken care of. I was upgraded from 2 bed room to 2 bed suite upon arrival. Not sure why, but don't look a gift-horse in the mouth. I am a Hilton Honors member, that may have something to do with it. I am a returning guest. I've stayed here 4-5 times. "Great, especially if you are flying and returning"
The hotel was very nice along with the staff. Only problem we had was having to go to the 4th floor to get a beverage. Worked with us because we were flying out for a week and then coming back. "Good location between DFW and Downtown Dallas"
Hotel was very comfortable and clean. The desk person was extremely helpful ing in giving me directions to downtown (Westend) of Dallas. I have a GPS but I haven't updated the maps so many of the ramps don't show up. Her directions were on the mark. The Hampton Inn Hotels have been a good choice my last several trips, trying to balance business spending […] with a quality hotel stay worked here. When you travel for business you want a nice place at a reasonable rate and I received that here.
