Located northwest of downtown Dallas, Texas, the Omni Dallas Hotel at Park West is 3.5 miles from the Las Colinas Business District and 15 miles from the Cowboys Stadium. The hotel overlooks a 125-acre lake.

Dover's Grille specializes in ranch-style cuisine, available via room service 24 hours a day and limited-hours through poolside service. Promenade Bar and Hunter's Lounge, serving light hors d'oeuvres and cocktails, are adjacent to the lobby. Morsels coffee shop offers breakfast and lunch. The 17,000 square feet of meeting space includes two ballrooms, a 300-seat amphitheater and eight private conference suites. The 24-hour business center offers wired high-speed and wireless Internet access (surcharge). The health club includes a sauna, heated outdoor pool, spa tub and jogging path that winds around the lake. The hotel's Get Fit Kits are available for private in-room workouts. Children are provided suitcases filled with games, books and treats upon check-in. This hotel is pet friendly and smoke-free (violators may be fined). "Hotel staff"
The employees were rude there, ask to get a bellman cart to use ourselves. We were told we had to have the bellman do it. At every hotel we stayed this was the first ok, so let them do. After we unloaded the cart, came back to the car to ask for directions, while we were there they let a man get a bellman cart to use and unload himself. So the next […] day called to get a bellman to load our stuff, waited for 30min and started to load ourselves. As I got off the elevator and walked by the front desk, four employee were chatting away including the bellman. They saw we were loaded with bags and asked at the point if we needed help. "Great stay at the Omni"
Very helpful staff; spacious room with very comfortable bed and soft sheets. The hotel is a little far from the nightlife of Addison, but, without traffic, thats still only 15 minutes away. Wine prices at their "Wine Thief" bar are WAY high :-( Overall, a nice stay.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Hotel doesn't keep your reservation or their word!"
When we got there we were told that even though we had a "guaranteed reservation" that they had gien our room away and they would have to put us up at another hotel, which was a piece of crap. Additionally, they said they would call Hotels.com and refund our payment but did not do that either.
