"Needs attention"
When we arrived we had booked 2 double beds. We went to our room and the room wasn't clean. Trash in the trash can, used kleenex, broken toilet seat, and no luggage rack. I also had requested a roll away that wasn't there. I called down to the front desk and was told no one from housekeeping was there until 11 pm that night and he couldn't bring us […] a roll away to use. I told him, Lance, about the room conditions and he immediately moved us to two rooms with a kingsize bed in each. Those rooms were both clean and useable. The only issue I had was our rooms were the last two at the end of the hall 521 & 523. at the end of the hall all of the used towels from the days cleaning crew were in a HUGE pile next to our rooms. "Very clean and quiet"
The employees were very helpful. The room we got was very clean and quiet. We had no issues with people running through the halls or banging on walls. Even though we were close to the airport, we didn't hear one single airplane fly over us while trying to get some sleep. Overall our stay was very relaxing and worth every cent we paid for the room. "Great Hotel, Great check-in Adequate Room service"

"Great hotel & comfy beds"
We loved everything about our stay at this hotel...except we discovered in the morning how very THIN the walls were. There was a young family staying in the room next to us and we were ALL awakened when their kids got up and turned on the TV. Then we could hear every word the parents hollered at the kids and every scream from the fighting toddler and […] preschool age kids. We hoped to sleep past 8 because of a late night, but there was no way we could sleep through the neighbors. Either they were unnecessarily loud, or the walls were extremely thin. "a not so double-tree hotel"
great service, soft bed, nice remodel, always love the warm cookies~ but this hotel doesn't compare to its brand name... stained carpet, molded shower curtain, dirty towels, low water pressure, the a/c runs like a truck constantly restarting in my room, and worst of all.. paper thin walls, we heard "everything" the next room was doing, very disturbing […] for a family trip. the location was ok, kinda between Dallas and Fort worth, easy access to highways, but the surrounding only had a Denny's and a guess station. overall, for the price, the service n comfy bed are enough for me.
