I've gotten used to being assigned the room all the way at the end of the hall and/or the handicapped room because I always use Hotels.com. Still, the AC did not work. My guest and I arrived at the hotel. 50 degrees outside. Room barely comfortable. Can't open windows. Turned on AC. Went to sleep. Woke up two hours later - room stifling.
