"Great new hotel....customer needs work."
We were in awe of the hotel, its decor, cleanliness and amenities. The customer service was awful! It started with not filling our request for two beds...the guy at the front desk told us that's "never guaranteed", then when we requested a roll away he automatically said they were out of those as well. After some discussing and checking he said he'd […] found one and have it sent right up....we never saw it. The next morning we had requested breakfast between 8:45-9am, finally at 10am we called down and they said it was on it's way. For dinner that evening room service said our meal would be delivered in about 15 mins....45mins later still no dinner. It was just always something! "Whisper and Sleep."
I originally reserved a king, when I got them at 10pm (way pass the 3pm check in time) my room wasn't ready. They sent me to my room with the keys, except the cleaning staff was still in there cleaning it. You would think if they check in time was 3pm, the room would be ready at 10pm when we checked in. So, they ended up sticking us in a double instead […] of king, which was fine. It was spacious and very nice. However, the walls in this hotel ARE VERY THIN! We could hear the guy next door snoring and the security guy came up and told us we were being "too loud" when all we did was talk and watch TV at a decent volume.
