"Not too bad!"
The hotel was ok. It served its purpose, was clean, in a good neighborhood, close to where I needed to be and had a small kitchenette, which was a big help. i would stay there again and recommend it to others.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Lacking in customer service"
I was disappointed in the customer service or lack of it. It was difficult to find someone at the desk. The room had few amenities- a small kitchen, but nothing to wash the dishes with; made me wonder what previous patrons used to clean the dishes I was to use. "Only for a night"
Was in town one night and needed a place with a refrigerator. All I can say is; thank goodness it was only one night. The hotel STINKS. It smells of smoke and funk! "Convenient but smelly"
While this hotel was convenient don't expect non-smoking rooms. They have many workers staying here and they all seem to smoke outside the building, in the smoking rooms, etc, so it smells like smoke everywhere. The facility was in a nice area, but it was very BLAH. When you turned off the light, the outside light from the hallway oured around the door frame.
