"Not very good"
I ask for non smoking the room was very smokey. A fight broke out at 3 am we could not go back to sleep. It was not a very good experience. I was getting away and it was not good.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Bathroom was GROSS!"
Desk clerk screwed up my reservations & placed me in a smoking room rather than the actual room I reserved which was a non smoking suite so it took about 30mins to get everything corrected.
