"Will not go back."
We could not get the A/C to cool the room below 74 degrees F. We tried two different rooms and could not room cooled to were we where comfortable. We tried to rent a movie in the room and could not get this done after 2 calls to the front desk for help.Genuine Expedia guest review

"Close to shopping but that's it."
When I first arrived and went to my room, the door lock was broken and there was NO curtain on the window. There is another motel directly behind, so I wasn't impressed with no curtain. I asked for another room and they immediately changed it for me. The AC in the new room was broken, but eventually I made it work somewhat enough to make it comfortable. […] The staff was helpful but the overall cleanliness and maintenance wasn't very good. It is VERY close to the Mall of LA and Super Target and plenty of choice for food nearby.
