"Makes a wonderful first impression"
Hotel lobby is vast and welcoming. However, our room had peeling wallpaper, water damage on the wall, cobwebs on lamps and in the corners, dust on the furniture, and the bathtub/shower was dinged and dirty. Hotel was full (ASU Homecoming weekend) and the front desk could not move us. They did not offer, nor would they send someone to clean and dust […] the room. Our group (we stay at different hotels in the ares) always get together for breakfast--usually at Cracker Barrell. This year they joined me at this hotel for breakfast that was top notch and we did not have to wait, nor was our meal crowded or rushed. Breakfast was a full buffett or the cook would prepare you an omelet or pancakes. Wait staff was courteous and attentive.
