We were there for a family reunion, and we were pretty loud, but the staff did all they could do accomodate us. Great service, nice clean rooms, great location, and the service was superb, especially the kitchen staff. Would definitely stay there again!!

we enjoyed our overnight stay. The room was nice and clean .The swimming pool was closed but was not your fault as someone had put macaroni and cheese in it. I was so happy there were no bugs or insects in our room. I have been to about 15 different hotels and they all had roach's dead and alive. I would refer your hotel to everyone I know.

My wife and I stayed in two other Hilton properties in the past year, and frankly, we were less than thrilled. However, the Hilton Garden Inn Jonesboro is not only the best Hilton property I've ever stayed in, it's one of the best HOTELS I've stayed in ever! The rooms were well furnished. (a Herman Miller desk chair!) The cable selection was excellent. […] (70 channels!) The in-hotel food was amazing--the best breakfast I've ever eaten a hotel hands down, and serving high quality entree-sized appetizer plates at appetizer prices! The business center and in-room Wi-Fi service were straightforward and quick by hotel standards. When using them, you didn't feel like something you were "borrowing" or that you were an inconvenience. The hotel staff was friendly, responsive, and quick to get an answer from a coworker if the first member didn't know the answer. My wife says she didn't like the adjustable mattresses, but I had no problems with them. Two points of advice to those coming from other states-- First, Jonesboro is the largest town in an entire quarter of the state of Arkansas, and still it's less than 100K people. Also, the hotel is on one end of a very commercial thoroughfare (think fast food restaurants and bank branches). So, if you are looking for a downtown exciting sort of experience, go to Memphis--it's 45 minutes away. Second, Jonesboro is in a dry county. To those of you not familiar with the concept, the sale of alcohol at stores and gas stations is prohibited. The sale of alcohol at a restaurant or club is also prohibited unless the premises obtain a special "private club" license. These licenses come with their own sets of rules. The bar (called The Classics Club) at the Hilton Garden Inn Jonesboro has one of these licenses, so you must follow the rules. Don't worry--the bar staff is very helpful and friendly and will make sure you can comply with the rules and still have a relaxing time.
