Overall this was a good deal for the money. The front desk clerk at the time of arrival was very nice and personable. The room selected for us was quiet,... on the 3rd floor. The room was not fancy, but was clean and comfortable. There is a small pool, but I had no interest in that. The location is very convenient, near lots of restaurants and gas stations and very close offf of I-70. Breakfast was OK, nothing to rave about but c'mon, this is not the Ritz Carlton! Clean, comfortable, basic decent place to sleep. Extremely noisy and obnoxious neighbors early one morning but that's life. Staff was cheerful. Easy access to I-70.

Worst free breakfast ever. No bananas. No apples. No cereal selection (just fake fruit loops). Greasy looking biscuits and some schlop in a pot (labeled as gravy) that I wouldn't even feed to my mother-in-law. Apple flavored sugar water. Just flat out nasty.

Hotel was under construction which was fine; a bit odd coming in the side door. The front desk had 2 people working; neither of which could get me checked in since I used hotels.com (aka expedia) to book and they had to call to verify, etc. Took about 15-20min to checkin. Room was fine. Got woke up at 3:45am by load neighbors and could not get back […] to sleep as apparently the walls aren't too thick. Next time I'll hit the comfort Inn which is right behind the red roof inn and pay the extra $20 Read more
