Hosting a visiting friend in Little Rock I knew I didn't want to stay IN the city but had no idea where to stay. I found the room on hotels.com and as... always with an unfamiliar town I winced at the uncertainty of what we'd find when we got there. Right off the bat it was a great experience. The woman at the desk was nice, respectful, helpful and all around pleasant. She allowed me to check in early since we arrived early and my friend's flight was delayed which was great. the lobby has coffee/tea/hot cocoa available all the time which is awesome for me since I can drink coffee/tea anytime of the day. The room was clean and very comfortable. My only suggestion would be for them to remove the shower curtains as ours had what looked like mud or dirt on them. The room otherwise was clean, smelled great and such a wonderful and comfortable place to stay during our busy trip in the area. It is a little loud due to being so close to the main roads and the walmart parking lot, but it didn't keep us up or anything. being close to walmart came in handy also.
