"requesting room be cleaned"
I was very disappointed on that Saturday afternoon upon return to the room and had to go to the front desk and request the sheets be changed and for towels. I don't have a problem with requesting that but it need to be note online or upon check in that you must request that your room be cleaned.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
