Excellent staff, very accommodating, and friendly. Offered special under the canaopy parking for our motorcycle with showers pending. We parked right next to the front door. "Comfort at a cost"
I thought this was a very nice hotel. The staff were very friendly. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was quite comfortable. I never made it to the pool or fitness area as I was only there one night. The managers social and the breakfast were fantastic. We loved staying at Embassy Suites! Our room was so much nicer and bigger than expected. The hotel staff was wonderful and helpful. The free breakfast in the morning was unbelievable and there was not one item left out! I have stayed at many 4 and 5 star hotels and not had a better breakfast and I had to pay for those. "ok room"
we got a smoking room that was clean but looked like it was touched up by a handyman. paint chips on the bathroom door was painted over with a different color .there was a big stain on the couch. The hallway and room smelled really bad of smoke.I know im a smoker but it was very strong.The smoking floor is isolated so the rest of the hotel smells ok. […] other than that the room was good. it is also right outside the airport literally. you can see and hear the planes take off and land. I did not mapquest the location before i booked the room. the breakfast was very good and it was free. they also have a special every night the beers are free at the bar from 530 to 730.
