"Great stay"

"Not what I expected :("
I've always wanted to stay at this hotel because of the location but never have because of the price. Last weekend we opted to splurge and I've got to say.... I won't stay there again. "friendly and affordable near downtown Portland"
All the hotel employees were helpful and friendly. We called for extra coffee for our room and it was delivered very promptly. The hotel offers a free shuttle bus to and from the airport and to and from the Old Port part of Portland. It was very convenient to have this shuttle bus to pick us up at our location instead of having to walk up the hill in […] 97 degrees! The walk isn't far from the hotel to everything downtown, but it was extremely hot that afternoon. What made this hotel that bit more special for us was what happened after we had checked out. A wedding ring was left in the room and only discovered when we were 30minutes into a train journey to New York.
