"Never going back!!!"

The room was ok for the price , but the breakfast was horrible . They were out of orange juice , out of apple juice , toaster and microwave did not work . "Scary Stay"
We booked a room here because the sight indicated that it was close to the Hospital. This hotel was in a bad area of town. Parking was a nightmare due to the fact that a limousine service was being run out of this establishment. There was no AC in the elevator and it was extremely hot. Our room reeked of burnt popcorn and the safe was broken. We were […] refused extra pillows and blankets. The bed was rock hard. Breakfast was a joke. There were guests fighting over the little bit of food that was available. The pool was filthy and the vending machines were out of order. We were rudely awakened before 9am by the cleaning service even though we placed a do not disturb sign on the door. We had to continuously go to the lobby to get WiFi because the signal was not strong enough in our 3rd floor room. The staff was either rude or non existent. This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a Days Inn. Extremely disappointed and would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay. "Not as expected"
You get what you pay for! The room smelled like cats and looked like it had not been vacuumed in months (around the edges). The pool appeared to have a film on top, even my teenagers did not want to risk it. The room they gave me was suppose to be a non-smoking room, but you can tell from the smell that someone smoked in the room. Management act like they were over worked and didn't want to smile or greet guess. The Maids were nice and were better than Management.. The staff was rude. The ac in the room would not work properly and they refused to change my room. The toilet backed up and I had to go get the plunger and do it myself. "False Advertisement"
I booked my reservation through the hotels website, the hotel said it had a dvd player, bathrobes, and a price difference between the queen beds and a king w/ living area. When I got to the hotel everything was fine with checkin, but when I got to my room there was two queen beds instead of the king that I reserved, which is fine is 1) you tell me when […] im checking in that there is a shortage on rooms or 2) dont argue with me about the price difference I booked it at online. Whenever I walked back up to the two queen bed room, I had realized that there was no DVD player, in which I had rented movies to watch. I had gone back down to the counter to cancel because of the room mixup and dvd player issue, and the hotel clerk told me there was no way the website said there was a dvd player or a price difference on the room. When I offered to look up the website on my phone in which the room was booked the clerk then started saying he would take someone elses reserved king room and give them the queen as long as I didnt cancel. Im not the type of person to complain as long as your an informative clerk. I will never book here again, the whole hotel either smells like body odor or very pungent cleaner. "No customer service whatsoever. Avoid at all costs."
This hotel was quite nice building wise, but the quality of customer service was non existant. I arrived late and the night receptionist took forever to open the door, yawning and stretching for a few minutes behind the desk before hitting the button, while I stood there laden with luggage, Then, once inside, was told my requested room had been given […] to someone else with more yawns. I was woken early by housekeeping despite putting the sign on the door to not disturb. Housekeeping were inceredibly noisy in the corridor outside the room for the rest of the morning and once downstairs, there appeared to be family members and children of staff playing and running around reception makin lots of noise. The only person on duty was an older aisan lady who seemed busy cleaning up and seemed irritated at being asked for the internet code, which then did not work. The staff all seemed to be more concerned with cleaning and talking amongst themselves then with talking to guests and the whole stay was horrible.
