Great location and cheap. Rooms were very poorly maintained, but were clean. If you are looking for a cheap place to crash, this is it. Staff was helpful and mostly friendly.I was overall happy with the money I saved. Just keep expectations low.

This doesn't look like a hotel, it's more like a very deteriorated studio apartment. The window blinds wouldn't shut, so we didn't have any privacy at all and had to change in the bathroom. The fridge door was broken, there was a very old sofa that took up all the space and in order to close our room we had to slam the door since it was jammed all the […] time. You pretty much get what you pay for with this hotel. The entire hotel is in need of updating, the furniture is old. Everything was clean, hot water. The room had a refrig and microwave which was great. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The area was terriif for walking the sites, taking the water taxi, etc. The price was the best part. I would go again

I absolutely would not recommend this hotel to anyone! The room was small, but stuffed with mismatched furniture. I could only find 3 electrical outlets in the entire room, but not one in the bathroom. The room looked like it had not been updated for at least 30 years. The only semi-updated item in the room was a 70's era TV that apparently not only […] had no cable access, but had lost its rabbit ears antenna causing a snowy picture. Unfortunately, I could not find a reasonably priced hotel near the Fort Lauderdale Airport. I would definitely avoid this particular overpriced time capsule!!! Read more

We booked this hotel for the 31st december as we needed an hotel close to the beach, where our party was. This hotel is perfect if what you want is a place to sleep close to the beach. It is not the best looking hotel ever, you don't get coffee in your room but you do have coffee at the lobby. There is a refrigerator, mini-kitchenette and microwave. […] The room was quite big, but old. Everything was clean but do not mistake this for a 3 star hotel. This is a perfect 2 star. The staff was nice and they understood that we had to do a late check-out. They let us hang by the pool to recover from the party and then we crossed the street and went on the beach (which is very nice). Very positive experience overall.
