The best things I loved about my stay at this hotel was the exceptional service provided by the staff from the moment I arrived at the Airport to my departure to NYC the next day. The shuttle driver was great (who picked me up at the airport at about 1pm), friendly and provided all the information I needed for my stay. Upon arrival at the hotel, I was […] greeted by Ms T a h e l i a (the receptionist) with a big smile and she made the whole experience of checking in memorable. She was there to help me not only with my queries, but even guiding me on how to use the laundry machine. I must commend here for her excellent customer service. Must say the best customer service experience in that I have had in the US thus far for this stay. The receptionist in the evening shift was a great help as well, staying past her shift hours to assist. Great hotel. It was close to the airport and situtated on a street with lots of stores and restaurants. The free shuttle to the airport was nice. The first one is at 9:30 am though. It was a one night stay before cruising. The hotel was very convenient to the cruise port and within walking distance to many restaurants. The staff were friendly, it was clean and comfortable. A larger foyer would be helpful. Our only complaint was the shuttle offered to the cruise port. The 12:15pm shuttle was overbooked so people had to stay behind […] which meant our 1:15pm shuttle was overbooked. We asked for our $8.00 back for the shuttle and flagged a cab down off the street as the hotel couldn't even get through to the cab companies to call for a cab. It's one of the most convenient place if you cruise. Just a few minutes from the port and about 15 minutes from the airport. The hotel offers a free shuttle to both places. Even when you arrive at the airport, you can call and ask for the shuttle to come and pick you up for free as long as you arrive during the hours that the shuttle is available. There […] is no maid service under 7 days but was not a problem even if I was there for 3 days. You can go to the reception desk to get fresh towels and shampoo. You have a big refrigerator in you room with a small stove and a microwawe oven which can be very convenient. You also have a coffee maker and toaster and everything you need to eat in you room if you want. The free breakfast in the morning is not very elaborated but the coffee is good and you can get a muffin and a fruit to get you going.... Personnel is very nice and always ready to help you. You may not have all the services you get in a big hotel but compare the price with the other hotels and you will be glad to pay almost half the price and for the other hotels where you pay much more, you don't get a free shuttle.
