For the price and convenience of location, I couldn't have asked for a better hotel. The entire staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was comfortable enough. I wouldn't necessarily disagree with those who complained about the mattress, but I wasn't expecting luxurious accommodations. "Misreprentation - stay away!!"
When I booked this room, I asked for a room with two bed and airport shuttle. This place had one bed which was broken and sloped to one side which caused us to toss and turn all night. They said the rooms werre modernized. If you call throwing up a 19 inch off brand LCD on the wall, microwave and dorm fridge updated, then I'd hate to see what is considered […] not updated. No airport shuttle and way too much traffic noise. The rental car lot behind our room had high intensity lighting which invaded our oom even with the blinds drawn. The floor was filthy and to use the toilet you basically had to squeeze between the sink and toilet. How this place has an America's Best endorsement is beyond belief.
