The Premiere Hotel is convenieny located 1/2 block off the strip. You can see the beach from your room. Mario and his son are very accommodating. If you... need chairs, towels or umbrellas they will lend them to you for free. The room has a kitchenette and daily maid service. A large screen TV and free DVDs and player are provided. I intend on staying here each time I return to Fort Lauderdale. by a Hotels.com guest on 02/28/12

Owners were amazingly friendly! Room was small, but clean. Hotel was right on the beach and there was garage for your car. So: PERFECT!!! Tulimme hotellille vasta iltakymmemnen tienoilla. Respassa omistajapoika tarjosi meille ensimmäisenä oluet. Kun kysyin mahdollisesti auki olevaa kauppaa ostaaksemme pullon punkkua ja pientä syötävää, hän kertoi, […] ettei lähikauppa ole enää auki, mutta pojan isä tarjosi meille punkkupullon omasta viinikellaristaan! Hän halusi tarjota sen, eikä siis ottanut meiltä vastaan maksua! Huoneemme oli pieni, mutta puhdas ja viihtyisä kaikkine väreineen. Ilmastointi oli tosi äänekäs eikä siitä juuri ollut hyötyä, mutta me viihdyttiin hyvin. Pihalla oli kiva allasalue ja rantaan oli matkaa puoli korttelia! Lisäksi hotellin kellarissa oli parkkipakka vuokra-autollemme. Kadulle parkkeeraaminen olisikin ollut silkka mahdottomuus. Iltakävelyllä kävimme katselemassa Fort Lauderdalen ökypaatteja, taloja jne. Lille hyggeligt hotel, som har en rigtigt god placering kun 100 m fra stranden. Kvaliteten af hotellet er fint i forhold til den billige pris. Personalet er rigtig flinke og hjælpsomme.
