"U get ur money's worth"
The wireless Internet don't work, or they don't have one, its flat out lie. The location is great, make sure u have enough coins cuz u end up at the meter to park ur car, not enough parking space, it's loud, do not get at room close to the bar, unless u plan to sleep at 2 am,, come with an open mind and heart or you will have a heart attack. the people who took care of the rooms ^maids* were very friendly and on the ball. great workers and the management/owner should be glad to have them. Front desk was very nice. Marvin was the best for customer satisfaction-we would have left if it wasnt for him. the bartenders were all good-Cathy would be great in any job with a real happy personality […] that is what you want to be around on a work trip or vacation. "It's a mess"

Overall, lets really be honest, you get what you pay for. If all you are looking for is a bed by the beach, this is it. Convenient and easy. If you want any amenities, forget it. This hotel was horrible my room was next to the bar and the staff was unwilling to change the room. I had to request a change with a different staff member the following day(thank goodness she was willing to change the room the following day). The kithen was dirty. While checking in, it took them about 10 minutes to find my reservation and then told me I had to check in an hour after check in time because my room was not ready and they would have to find me a room, even though I had a reservation. Of course we strive for 100% guest satisfaction, and I am once again sorry to hear that you did not experience this. We take our guest comments very seriously. We are looking into changing the linen and bedding for every guest room. Currently we are in process of going through each one of our rooms and reconditioning them for better guest experiences.

The location in reference to the beach is the ONLY benefit of this hotel. My impression is they provide the absolute minimum in terms of quality, counting on college students with low expectations to fill vacancies. Towels were dingy, the entry door to the room from outside had a gap at the bottom of 1/4", main lock was a deadbolt that didn't provide […] much security, bathroom was stained, 2 apartment size mini-fridges were stacked (both disgusting), broken wood had simply been painted over and over and over, need I go on? If you dare to try this location, don't leave anything of value in the room. "Good Location, Nonexistent service."
Located across from Ft Lauderdale Beach, but Hotel appears to lack any actual maintenance, rooms are in poor condition, linen appears to be never exchanged. Must constantly ask for towels, refrigerators, showers either barley function, or do not work. Front Office workers listen but do not hear problems, and do not provide solutions. Broken door safety […] latches are not repaired, even afters several days of promises to fix them. Bed linens were not changed during the entire stay. Showers were barely functioning, with leaks noted. If you want to really rough it , this place is one step below sleeping in a tent on the sand with water seeping in. OH NO.... Dont do it.... I have stayed at some really bad places, But this one takes the cake. If you like loud music till 2 am, no hot water in the showers.
