General manager Gloria was very helpful in making sure that our accommodations were satisfactory. Tv reception was not working well in our room. She made sure that the problem was fixed right away. "Nice Hotel, Great Staff, but..."
I liked the hotel, and the staff was great, but there were some issues. 1. The AC compressor in the room was old and loud. I slept great, as I can sleep through a bomb blast, but my wife couldn't sleep at all. 2. Free Wifi is great, when it works. It didn't in the room. I had to go down to the lobby to get internet.
