Got in late and needed a close, clean and fairly decent place for one night...this hotel was just that...nice breakfast in the morning but very crowded and the service person in the breakfast area had a little bit of an attitude...maybe just a bad day...overall was good.

We were told that we didn't have to call for a shuttle from the airport, so I didn't. Another person waiting with me did call, though they were told the same thing, and we still waited 45 minutes. Unfortunately for us, there was another sheet of paper that had a different, earlier, time for weekdays, which was actually correct. No breakfast for us. The stay was great, room very nice and good location. All you need across the street or take a short cab ride to Las Olas! The shuttle was free to the airport and the lady that tood us was VERY sweet and happy to assist us!

We had to wait 40 minutes after call hotel request airport pickup. The hotel shuttle bus drive seems not in good mood, lots of sudden stops and goes made me feel like to throw up. Location for cruise port is great. Taxi to port was only around $6. Buffet breakfast ok. Several restaurants nearby, including a decent Italian restaurant across the street. Bad part - rooms have no view of port, just the back side of another building. Not big enough to have taxi waiting for you, must call them.

This is a clean hotel with an accomodating staff. However, the building could use refurbishing and the breakfast room was too small for the number of rooms. We actually took a pass on the breakfast food and went to a restaurant. All in all, not too bad for the price.

Spent one night prior to going on a cruise the next day. Had a Mediterranean dinner within walking distance. Complimentary breakfast was delicious. Pleasantly surprised to have a shuttle pick up from hotel to harbor. And, a week later, have the shuttle pickup from harbor to airport. How convenient.
