Overall... nice, but staff seemed frantic due to the lack of associates behind the counter on the New Year weekend (WAS BUSY) >>>> Also, there seemed to always be hotel guests congregating around outside exit doors smoking, this was awkward walking thru the 2-5 people every time we went into or exited the building.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

Was in Ft Lauderdale for a concert and stayed over night rather than driving home. Well I stayed there for 5 days with a companion and during my stay it was enjoyable ,the room was clean , comfortable as were the facilities offered at the hotel. The ONE major Negative about my being there was when I went to check out..the Desk attendant said I had to PAY an additional fee for some kind of tourist or something like that of 10 dollars […] a day..Something that was neither mentioned to me when i made the reservation via hotels.com nor on my intinerary n billing from the onset..Neither did the hotel bother to tell Me when i arrived that ,,,"oh by the way you will incurr and additional 10 dollars a day fee for the lenght of time am here at the hotel" I argued the point but they said they had the right to charge that..stating that in my intinerary it stated the the cost of the hotel might not include additional fees that I might have to pay once I am at the hotel.....BUT I WAS NOT INFORMED WHEN I ARRIVED ABOUT THIS<,and I felt I should have been or told of this BEFORE my arrival,,, I WOULD have selected a place closer Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"A BED"
Was part of a wynham package at so called RESORTS a timeshare show. This is okay very nice pool area but the quality of the food is like a chucky cheese for kids pasta and salad joint. This is better then the orlando sister hotel. Orlando is a mold house with a pool in the middle your food is full of cloren from the pool and so are the rooms.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
